Mtsu Fall 2023 Calendar – The Blue Raiders will host five home games this year in Murfreesboro and season tickets are now available.

You can shop online and choose your seats before you reserve them. Individual tickets will be available around the start of the season.

Mtsu Fall 2023 Calendar

MTSU will host Tennessee State (9/17), UTSA (9/30), Western Kentucky (10/15), Charlotte (11/12) and Florida Atlantic (11/19) this season. Each game will have a special theme and activities like the home opener against Tennessee State which will be a family weekend. When you buy this ticket, you get a t-shirt and a meal voucher.

Tennessee Wesleyan University

They will open the season on the road against James Madison (9/3) on ESPN+. Next week they will travel to Colorado State (9/10) for the first time in program history. The Blue Raiders also face Miami (9/24) and haven't lost to the Hurricanes since a game in the 1930s. The remaining road games are against conference opponents such as UAB (10/8), UTEP (10/29), Louisiana Tech (11/5) and FIU (11/26).

The MTSU soccer team will look to continue the momentum from last season by finishing with a 7-6 record and a win over the Bahamas.

Pindrop Song Series – feat. Amazing Games, Gabriel Broussard, Makena Hartlin, Henry Conlon, Kadie Jacobs, Ashes & Arrows, Jacques Merlino, Grace Milton, Sean Cunningham The Basement Monday, September 12 at 7:00 each year, Daniels Center, with Football, hosts the Salute to the Veterans and Armed Services Games as a way to honor America's veterans and active duty personnel. The day included a memorial service for veterans, a picnic, Vets Village, in honor of Dr. Joe Nunley and Halftime Parade.

On the occasion of the 35th anniversary, Gulf Coast veterans were honored at the Veterans Memorial Service, lifelong friends Bob Lamb and Bud Morris (pictured below) were the recipients of the Dr. Joe Nunley, and veterans from all branches of the military. marched at Horace Jones Park in the halftime parade.

"They began honoring graduating veterans with a ceremony that began with the first ceremony in May 2015 and our sacrifices and their loving families," Huber said. "This stolen ceremony will be a symbol of academic achievement and service."

For starters, I'd probably study a little and drink some MTSU chocolate milk. Who am I kidding, it's impossible to drink anything but chocolate milk. It's delicious. I have many friends who are lactose intolerant and allergic to the product.

But with the new incoming class of freshmen joining the campus community this fall (hello, Class of 2025!), I think now is the perfect time to share some of the things I've learned over the my four years here to spend. make the most of it. your university experience.

Do not lie; It's easy to be quick to complain about the amount of resources MTSU has to offer. Whether it's our Writing Center to help you with essays, the James E. Walker Library to access hundreds of thousands of digital media resources, or the Professional Development Center to keep you on track to to success, there is much to make an introduction.

My first tip is to explore the MTSU website and see what kind of things you can find. Write down the ones you think will be useful and how they can be used, so you can easily refer to your list if you ever need help.

Try to focus only on what it takes to get an A or B in all your classes. The main goal of any college student is to leave in a few years with a degree. But college should be more than that.

In the classroom, absorb as much information as you can. Just store the information in your mind for research, because you won't really learn anything. If you pay attention in class, study, and research, what you learn will have a big impact when you graduate and start a new career.

Another thing to keep in mind is that your teachers are some of the best resources you will have in your life. These campus leaders have real-world experience and skills that they dedicate their time to teaching. Get to know them, visit them during business hours and use them to your advantage!

However, learning does not only occur within the confines of the classroom. By joining student organizations, finding leadership opportunities, and attending events and classes on campus, you provide additional ways to grow and contribute to your career.

One of the biggest benefits of attending MTSU is that there are more than 20,000 people in our campus community, not including our extensive alumni network. The opportunity to learn from each other is there, you just have to get out there and take advantage of it!

You've probably heard this advice a lot, but take it to heart. Get out of your comfort zone.

In fact, college is the best place to try new things and get to know yourself as a person. For most freshmen, this is your first time doing anything, so take advantage of these opportunities.

Attend a meeting of a student organization that may interest you. Learn more about other cultures. Have a healthy discussion about what's going on in the community. MTSU's student population is incredibly diverse, giving you a great opportunity to learn new perspectives and become a well-rounded citizen.

On the other hand, some people go in and join as many groups as possible and try to balance a busy schedule with homework.

Going to college is an investment in your future, so make sure you take care of yourself! Practice a healthy lifestyle by eating well and being active, use counseling services as needed, and take time to relax and reflect on all the wonderful things happening in your life right now.

Finally, and perhaps my most important piece of advice, realize that no one expects you to fail. In fact, most campus leaders, whether counselors, faculty, or support staff, do what they do simply because they believe in you.

If your paper is severely criticized, your professor tries to advise you to improve and succeed. If the class has particular difficulty with certain topics, there may be a good reason. It's likely something you need to fully understand for your job.

These people value your development as a student and professional, so when you graduate and move on to better things, you'll be encouraged to pass on what you've learned to the next generation.
