Dvc Summer 2023 Calendar – Disney Cruise Line's recently announced summer 2023 sailings have been announced this week and take a look at opening day pricing. Remember, pricing information is available for everyone to see, but standard bookings for Castaway Club members start on May 2. You must log into the Disney Cruise Line website and ensure that your account is correctly linked to your Castaway Club ID to take advantage of your Castaway Club level booking date.
Below, I've compiled opening day prices for all Disney Summer 2023 cruises based on double occupancy (2 adults) to give you a general idea of where the cruises are priced. I understand that this does not include booking on board or a more detailed description of your cruise party.

Disney Vacation Club occasionally adjusts point charts to better reflect membership retention patterns. For attractions at Walt Disney World, we're seeing changes in the points charts for the third year in a row. These changes are implemented to help optimize points usage and travel throughout the year.
Disney's Park Pass Reservations Have Been Extended Through January 2023
Travel time indicates the number of points required for each night's stay at different times of the year. Previously, most Disney Vacation Club destinations had five travel times, then referred to as seasons. In 2021, DVC changed these five season bookings to seven travel times. At Walt Disney World Resorts, 2023 Points maps are adjusted significantly during travel throughout the year.
From 2023, early May is one of the cheapest times to travel and the summer months are cheaper than October and November. Those using DVC points may have fewer points in the summer of 2023 than in 2022. Conversely, most weeks in October and November will pay more points than before in 2023. The first half of February has not changed travel dates, but may be a more attractive option for DVC owners and renters, as a holiday in early February is less expensive than October and November 2023. Early December has long been a favorite time. This is the year for DVC members to go to Walt Disney World, which is traditionally one of the few options but the parks are decked out for the holidays. The first three weeks of December remain half of the least expensive travel periods, but the first two weeks of December cost slightly more points per night in 2023 than in 2022. The entire month of September is the busiest time, and Christmas Eve and the week of New Year's Eve remain the peak periods for overnight travel.

Disney Vacation Club Points Charts
Smooth changes have been introduced during the journey at Disney Land's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa, Disney's Vero Beach Resort and The Villas at Disney's Aulani Vacation Club Villas in Hawaii. These changes in travel time are usually only a few days and are unlikely to have a major impact on travel plans. Cruise times at Disney's Hilton Head Island Resort will remain unchanged from 2022 to 2023. A total score chart for these regions can be found here:
If you are planning to buy a retail contract, consider the 2023 points chart when deciding how many points to buy. For those looking to rent DVC points, the process will not change, but the number of points needed in 2023 may be higher or lower than in previous years, depending on when you travel.

The headline news in today's travel announcement is the transfer of the Disney Dream to Europe. West Coast-based Disney Wonder will spend the summer in Alaska. Disney Fantasy and Disney Wish offer Caribbean and Bahamian resorts in Port Canaveral. The Disney Magic offers cruises from Miami and San Juan.
Disney Cruise Line is still moving ships, so it's still a work in progress and will be updated several times today.

Today's announcement extends available sailing dates through the summer months of 2023 and gives guests options to credit their future travel and vacation plans for more than a year, as well as take advantage of early day pricing on some new sailings.
There is a change in the ranking order. Although the summer 2023 dates were announced today, general bookings do not open until Monday 9 May. The new booking period starts on Monday 2nd May for Castaway Club members and others.
