Sometimes you may encounter an error message. This can happen for a number of reasons, such as if the course is full, course requirements are not met, the course is part of a learning community, or is available to a limited audience, such as high school students. If you think you qualify but are not sure, you can contact your advisor.

The State Student Association (SGA), in association with The Northerner, will hold its annual debate for candidates on Monday, March 21.

SGA is located on our campus "to serve students, continually improve the NKU, and develop all students as members, responsible leaders, and participants in the Greater Cincinnati area. I'm Britney Cabrera and a Criminal NCO Judge with a minor in Psychology. I am running for president of the NKU Student Union. I participate in the Latin Mentoring Program. Principal peer mentor. President of LULAC (United Latin American Citizens League), TRIO, Victor Guide, President of Delta Zeta DEI and the NKU Comprehensive Council. I run with Jackie Romo, a young man who specializes in construction management. LAMP General Counsel, LULAC Treasurer, Alpha Psi Lambda IVP and President, Ambassador for the Haile School of Business and DEI College of Business Committee, Returning Steering Leader and member of the Nordic Leadership Community.

Our campaign seeks to reduce inequality, increase graduation rates, and work with students whose first language is not English. We want students to continue to focus and thrive on academic achievement while balancing their awareness of social injustice and accountability to management. I work as a mentor for the ROCKS program on campus and am a member of the NLS & APB. I work in athletics as an intern in marketing and promotion.

Muhammad Omar and Jimmy Renton are strong advocates for all students on campus. This can be seen from his work in Student Government, the Shorouk Movement, and many other organizations. Did you know that there is a new booth in the Student Conduct, Rights and Representation Office on the third floor of the Students' Union?

The African Student Union would like to present the first of this year's Modeling Actors Selection event! The cast will be selected on March 14 and 22 in Studio C of the Campus Entertainment Center and on March 16, 18 and 20 in Room 102, SU. These events are in preparation for the fashion show to be held on April 2nd. The show must come with heels and tennis shoes for the sake of acting.

The Annual Gold and White Student Engagement Center Awards will be presented in person! Join us in the University Auditorium at 12 noon on Friday, April 8th. All department members are invited and a free lunch is served.

The Council is a gathering of knowledgeable individuals from across the campus, enabling them to serve as the first point of contact for members of the campus community experiencing emotional and mental health issues. The Corresponding Course (HSR 294: Norse Support) is a free, one-credit-hour course offered over seven weeks (in a one-on-one format). The course equips participants with the knowledge and skills to act as empathetic peers. The booster connects other NKU students with available resources.

In addition to the free credit, participants receive a stipend of $300 to attend training and agree to serve on the board. This spring, the course is in its second seven-week cycle (eg March 21 – May 6). The department is limited to 15 students.

News — Southern Regional Honors Council

We write with exciting news about a new project we have been planning for the past four years. The project is called Swinging Sistahs, and it is a multi-day event to showcase successful women who are unknown, represented and recognized in our society. We also hope to engage many of the university community in their expertise and value in their profession.

We hereby solemnly invite you to all events included in the attached programme. Specifically, Grammy Award-winning jazz artist Renee Mariperformance will headline the Sistah Who Swing with the NKU Jazz Faculty on Saturday, March 26 at 8:00 p.m. at the Center for Fine Arts.
